I believe the enneagram is a powerful way to do both inner-work and interpersonal work.

I have loved gathering around my kitchen table with people, discussing what is innate about us, and what we can take to grow. Moreover, I can help your team by building trust, communication skills and conflict resolution skills in the workplace. Knowing the enneagram and helping us to relate to one another can give us the tools we need for leadership at work and in our home. I'm still just as curious about it as the day I discovered it. I'm looking forward to seeing what conversations we will have together!

Who Am I

My background is first in education and then in the church. I first encountered the enneagram in 2008 as a community life pastor in Kansas City, and it's been transforming my life ever since.

The enneagram is an impactful tool that captures the imagination, not only in church and professional life, but as I gather with friends and family. It sparks endless discussions, questions, and practical ways to apply it. Because the psychology of the enneagram has been inspiring people since the 4th century, it's beget many schools of thought and nuanced elements. After over a decade of learning about all of them, I wanted to apply myself to one contemporary teaching.

In 2020, I pursued an official certification through the Chestnut-Paes Enneagram Academy. CP Enneagram Academy is known for their work with instinctual subtypes and centers of intelligence. Rather than just 9 types, there are actually 27 different types to explore. This outlook on the enneagram gives us an even more granular understanding of ourselves and those around us, and helps us articulate that understanding.
